These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website theatelierevents.com and any quotes, inventory, or services provided by The Atelier Events ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our website or submitting a quote request, you agree to these Terms.

1. Quotes & Availability

Items shown in our catalog are provided for reference only. Submitting a quote request does not create a reservation or contract. All items are subject to availability for your event date. A final, itemized quote — including delivery, installation, and applicable fees — is provided after we review your request.

2. Reservations & Payment

A inventory is confirmed only once a final quote is accepted and any required deposit is paid. Payment terms, deposits, and cancellation windows will be specified in your quote or inventory agreement.

3. Delivery, Installation & Pickup

We deliver, install, style, and remove inventory items and installations. Delivery and service fees vary by location, scope, and event date. Access, timing, and venue requirements should be communicated in advance.

4. Care & Responsibility

The client is responsible for rented items from delivery through pickup. Items must be returned in the same condition, aside from normal use. Repair or replacement costs may apply for loss, theft, or damage beyond normal wear.

5. Custom Fabrication & Design

Custom-designed and fabricated elements are produced to your approved specifications. Designs, renderings, mock-ups, and photographs remain the intellectual property of The Atelier Events unless otherwise agreed in writing.

6. Cancellations & Changes

Cancellation and change policies, including any non-refundable deposits, will be outlined in your inventory agreement. We will do our best to accommodate changes subject to availability.

7. Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Atelier Events is not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the applicable inventory or service.

8. Website Use

Content on this website — including images, text, and designs — is owned by or licensed to The Atelier Events and may not be reproduced without permission.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
